We accept returns on custom clothing items (including custom Polo shirts, custom T-shirts, custom cultural shirts, and custom jerseys) within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered—with all original tags and packaging intact. Custom-made or personalized clothing items (e.g., garments with exclusive prints, embroidered names, or customized sizes) are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect (such as unstitched seams, incorrect prints, or fabric damage).

- Your full name
- Order number
- Clear photos of the unused custom clothing item (showing the original tags and packaging)
- Detailed reason for return or exchange
Submissions missing any of the above information will not be processed.
Once we receive and inspect the returned custom clothing item and confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, charge card, or PayPal account) within 30 days or earlier.
You will be responsible for covering the postage costs of returning the item. Additionally, we may assign you a unique Returns Code, which must be clearly marked on the package label to ensure smooth processing of your return. Our customer service team will also advise you on the specific method (e.g., recommended courier service) for sending the item back to us.
